I grew up in Pueblo, Colorado, where insurance was always part of daily life. My mom, Jolynn Allen, founded AIS Medicare & More, so while most kids were focused only on homework, I was also listening to conversations about Medicare and learning the industry from the ground up.
At first, I thought I’d pursue the medical provider side. In high school, I enrolled in a local community college program and earned an Associate of Science with a medical emphasis. After completing an externship, I realized my true passion wasn’t in direct patient care, it was in helping people navigate the healthcare system itself.
That realization led me to CU Denver Business School, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, and Insurance. After graduating in 2019, I began my career as a commercial underwriter for fire departments, ambulance services, and wildfire organizations. While it was valuable experience, I knew my purpose was elsewhere. By the end of that year, I returned home to AIS Medicare & More as a licensed health insurance agent.
Since then, I’ve helped open several new offices across Colorado, trained an incredible team of agents, and most importantly guided hundreds of older adults through the complexities of Medicare. Alongside Medicare, I also assist individuals under 65 who don’t have access to healthcare through work by helping them enroll in the Affordable Care Act and Qualified Health Plans. Whether someone is approaching Medicare eligibility or already navigating it, my goal is to make the process clear, simple, and personalized to their health needs and budget.
I now live in the Littleton area, where I’m actively involved in the community. I volunteer with several organizations to help support and uplift others, and I’ve been fortunate to partner with some great groups! Including: Littleton Business Chamber, Lift Up Littleton, Littleton Rotary, Western Welcome Week, and many more.
On a personal note, I recently got engaged to my wonderful fiancée, Kiara, and we’re excited about this new chapter together!
