Debra Mansell is retired from Pueblo County Government, as their Benefits Administrator after 25 years. She was responsible for all aspects of employee benefits and administration. She has carried a Colorado health and life insurance license since 2005. After retirement, Deb begin selling Medicare insurance to eligible participants with the same care and attention she provided County employees. Debra is a member of the International Foundation and holds a certification in Public Plan Policy (CAPPP). She also served on the Pueblo County Retirement board for 11 years. Debra has been an active member of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) and serves on the local chapter board as the Treasurer for 18 years. In addition, she is also certified with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as a Senior Certified Professional (SCP). Debra currently serves on the PAWS for Life, animal welfare board of directors, as the Shelter Operations Chairperson.
